Job summary

The Imagine Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to run Indigo, Wide Format, Dye Sublimation, and other digital presses to production and quality standards.

This 3rd shift role (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) requires attention to detail, strong procedural discipline, and reliable attendance. Experience in printing and ERP systems is preferred; English proficiency helps communication and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient in Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in printing is preferred; ERP familiarity is a plus.
• English proficiency is preferred to support training and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital print equipment and the software necessary for print operations.
• Complete jobs according to customer specifications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor production output throughout the run for quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal printing conditions.
• Ensure materials for the job are in stock and available for production.
• Properly document production information to account for labor and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow pressroom safety procedures.
• Act as a resource to Apprentice and Feeder.
• Troubleshoot with the Lead Operator.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
