Role Description

Establish and maintain stable manufacturing processes within process limits, support production by troubleshooting line issues, auditing set-ups, performing start-ups, and maintaining Fanuc Robot operations.

What You'll Do
  1. Monitor and control processes to ensure compliance, identify causes of variation, and implement corrective actions.
  2. Perform preventive maintenance on Robots, Grippers, Die Sprayer, Sleeve Sprayer, Proportioners, and Filters.
  3. Follow Reaction Plans for process correction and troubleshooting.
  4. Work with Fanuc Robot Programs to optimize processes.
  5. Verify lube concentrations and spray patterns.
  6. Provide documentation for QS audits and perform process audits with corrective actions.
  7. Maintain lube levels and concentrations.

Minimum Requirements
  • Understanding of die casting processes, including gating, metal flow, tooling, and safety.
  • Ability to program, operate, and troubleshoot ladles and Fanuc robots.
  • Support for process optimization and safety programs.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
Additional Competencies
  • Knowledge of IATF-16949 system.
  • Forklift certification.
  • NADCA Safe Die Clamping certification/troubleshooting.
