Job summary

The role covers patch management, software deployment, and security remediation using SCCM/MECM, Qualys, PowerShell, and ServiceNow, with hands-on support for Windows Server, VMware, and Azure.

This is a 100% onsite night-shift position requiring strong independent work, solid documentation, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams during major incidents.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data center operations or equivalent technical support environment.
• Experience monitoring infrastructure, responding to alerts, and incident management.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM for deployment and patch administration.
• Experience with patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance activities.
• Proficient in scripting with PowerShell and documenting operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure, servers, storage, networks, and virtualization platforms.
• Investigate and troubleshoot alerts, failures, performance issues, and service interruptions.
• Create and maintain incident tickets, change records, and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Provide hands-on and remote hands support for servers, storage, networking equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
