C&W Services is hiring a Cleaner for the 3rd shift in the United States. The role involves performing a broad range of custodial duties under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor.

The position requires operating floor buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming, dusting, restroom servicing, and reporting maintenance issues. No prior experience is required; teamwork and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and high energy levels.

Responsabilités

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines including attachments.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean daily and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and all horizontal surfaces; high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and interior glass; clean entrances and interior walls as directed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies; damp wipe glass and dispose waste daily.
• Report defects like clogged urinals and lights out to supervisors.
• Collect building trash daily and replace liners; observe safety and cleanliness standards.
