Job Description

Schedule: 2nd shift from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, 3rd shift from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am.
The Forklift Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, selecting, and loading products within the warehouse.

The Fine Details

• Selection and preparation of customer orders to ensure complete fulfillment, accurate receipt, and documentation for inbound products.
• Affixing pallet tags and marking materials with identifying information upon receipt.
• Conveying products from receiving areas to storage or other designated areas; rotating stock for accessibility.
• Placing items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined assignments; maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
• Reading pick tickets or on-screen displays, assembling customer orders, and loading trailers for shipment.
• Maintaining performance standards and safety guidelines as per regulations and company policies.
• Inspecting and maintaining equipment for optimal operation.
• Responding to customer requests and questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Certification in both standing and sitting forklift operation.
• Experience using RF scanners.

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience; food and beverage industry experience preferred.

Work Environment

The work involves exposure to airborne particles, loud noise, hot/humid or cold environments, refrigerated areas, and required PPE. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
