Position Title: Commercial Building Cleaner

Reports To: Area Manager (AM)

Basic Function

Ensure the accounts they are assigned to are being cleaned according to specifications.

Major Responsibilities

• Clean on assigned night
• Clean to specification
• Clean within budget hours
• Maintain green ratings at 100% of the time
• Report concerns to AM (e.g., maintenance, safety issues)
• Follow procedures
• Call off before cutoff time
• Request time off with due advance
• Clock in and out on the job site
• Listen to AM messages
• Report needs for chemicals, equipment, etc., to AM
• Keep equipment in good repair
• Keep janitorial closet neat
• Wear assigned uniform
• Maintain confidentiality and safety standards
