ManpowerGroup in DuBois, PA is seeking a Sintering Operator 3rd Shift to support the manufacturing team. You will operate CNC milling machines, interpret blueprints, set up tools, and monitor processes to ensure quality, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers on-the-job training, a starting pay of $15 per hour, and opportunities for wage increases based on performance. Night shift hours are 11:45 PM–8:15 AM.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery is preferred.
• Familiarity with CAM programming is a plus.
• Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations.
• Set up machines, including selecting appropriate tools and fixtures.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
