Advanced Industries LLC in Missouri is seeking a dependable, self-motivated CNC Machine Operator for our 3rd shift (5:00 am – 5:30 pm), Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. You will load parts, operate CNC machines, touch-off tools, and perform first piece and in-process inspection while helping with simple maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CNC experience with set-up, programming where applicable, and operation.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen (THC/Marijuana); medical card will not be accepted.
• Superior attendance.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Able to lead others during the weekend shift.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Load parts, operate CNC machines, and touch-off tools (if needed).
• Perform 1st piece and in-process inspection, and routine machine maintenance.
• Operate equipment such as press brakes and CNC machines with basic setup.
• Use power tools like tape measure and calipers.
• Tolerate repetitive, tedious work.
