Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC grinding and manufacturing equipment.
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
• Operate centerless grinders, cylindrical grinders, CNC tool grinders, cut-off machines, and precision measuring equipment.
• Enter quality, SPC, production, and other data into company systems.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with major repairs as needed.
• Meet productivity, machine utilization, and cycle time goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality standards.
