Job summary

Advance Staffing Solutions, in Monroe, MI, seeks an experienced CNC Operator for a 3rd shift, direct-hire. You will run CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts, interpret drawings, and support multiple departments in a fast-paced shop.

The role requires at least four years of CNC experience, strong blueprints/GD&T skills, and the ability to program in G-Code/M-Code with Mazatrol. Overtime is available in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience operating CNC milling and CNC turning equipment.
• Reading blueprints, drawings and GD&T is essential.
• Know-how in G-Code/M-Code and Mazatrol is preferred.
• Ability to inspect parts with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Milling and Turning machines to manufacture components.
• Set up machines, select tooling and edit programs for production.
• Read blueprints and GD&T to ensure tolerances.
• Machining of custom, stock, and repair parts per specs.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections with precision tools.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams
• Mentor less experienced machinists as needed
