DSB Technologies, LLC is seeking a CNC Operator for the 3rd shift in Janesville, Wisconsin. The role involves operating CNC machines to produce quality parts, interpreting drawings and blueprints, and maintaining machine performance to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC machining equipment for drilling, reaming, tapping, milling, turning, boring and other operations; follows programs and setups.
• Inspects parts using gauges such as micrometer, bore gauge, and thread gauge.
• Maintains safety and quality by following instructions and procedures.
• Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Supports continuous improvement efforts including 5S and cycle time reduction.
• Unloads machines and packages parts as needed.
• Manages inventory at assigned machines and prepares for changeovers.
