Duties/Responsibilities:

1. With training, will have the ability to set up and operate various types of CNC equipment (e.g., Lathe, VMC, HMC, Hob, Grinder).
2. Use measuring devices such as calipers, scales, micrometers, height gauges, plug, and thread gauges.
3. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent mechanical, mathematical, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of quality inspection processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of database programs (e.g., SAP).

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CNC certificate from a technical institution or equivalent CNC experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm).

* Please note that the starting pay for this position is $26.19 with a 5% shift differential. There is a progression review and pay increase process at 3, 6, and 12 months based on performance, with potential earnings up to $32.08 per hour after one year.
