The role focuses on setup, programing, operation, and maintaining equipment while upholding strict quality standards.

Starting wages are competitive with a 7% shift premium on off-shshift hours; opportunities for advancement, training, and apprenticeships to become a certified machinist are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machine tools for surgical cutting tools.
• Read blueprints and specifications for correct part production.
• Document processes and inspections per quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Assist with training and mentoring of other operators.
