Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. seeks a 3rd Shift Brake Press Operator in Mayville, WI to join our manufacturing team.

Reporting to the Brake Press Manager, this role involves setting up and operating Cincinnati and Amada hydraulic CNC press brakes in a fast-paced, just-in-time fabrication environment. You will read work orders, select tooling, form metal components to specifications, inspect finished parts, and maintain safe, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Brake press or metal forming experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Cincinnati and Amada CNC press brakes is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and production specifications.
• Ability to perform basic shop math.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Cincinnati and Amada CNC press brakes.
• Read work orders and blueprints to determine specs.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance to specs.
• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Report any material, production, equipment, or quality concerns.
