Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with geriatric care needs.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living according to individual care plans.
• Observes residents and reports changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Communicates in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner.
