Job summary

Fralock is seeking an Assembler Level I to join our Santa Clarita, CA manufacturing team. In a Clean Room Class 7 environment, you will assemble components, perform basic packaging, and help ensure quality while meeting schedule and safety standards.

You will cross-train across multiple workstations, verify parts, and document issues for continuous improvement. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior cleanroom or hand tool experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience with basic assembly and quality checks preferred.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and follow gowning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform basic packaging including labeling and quality checks.
• Cross-train across stations to support production needs.
• Verify parts and report defects or tooling issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
