Cardinal Health Ontario at-Home Solutions is seeking a Third Shift Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will follow SOPs, perform order picking, packing, and shipping, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, use of RF scanners, and operation of material handling equipment. Overtime is mandatory and shift is Sunday-Thursday, 7:30pm to completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Overtime may be required.
• RF scanner experience highly preferred.
• Comfort working at heights and in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to rotate through warehouse areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Pick large case items with equipment or smaller units and place on cart.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and assist with inventory control.
• Support safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Communicate concerns to management.
