Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Aurora, IL is seeking a Chemical Operations Associate for the 3rd shift (10:30 pm–6:30 am). You will produce, package and prepare Entegris products for shipment, verify raw materials, perform data entry in the ERP system, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

This role emphasizes Lean manufacturing participation, 6S improvements, and adherence to PACE values. Applicants should have technical/mechanical or chemistry-related experience, proficiency with Excel and ERP

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.
1–3 years of production or warehousing experience in manufacturing.
Demonstrates leadership ability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Produce, package and prepare Entegris products for shipment.
Weighs, measures & verifies raw materials to ensure batches are made with proper ingredients in precise quantities.
Receive raw material and containers.
Perform data entry, recordkeeping, and material transactions in the ERP system.
Perform quality testing and inspections.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Address deviations to PACE values, procedures, policies promptly.
Engage in 6S/LEAN activities and continuous improvement.
Contribute to plant safety initiatives.
Perform miscellaneous production and warehouse tasks (cycle counts, maintenance, housekeeping, inventory, investigations).
