Job summary

Entegris is seeking an Operations Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM) at our Aurora site. The role involves manufacturing CMP Pads, data entry, quality testing, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment in a LEAN setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and about 1 year of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training will be provided in a fast-paced production area.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail and basic math/data entry skills.
• Able to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft., and stand for full shift.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture CMP Pads using equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean).
• Perform data entry and record keeping.
• Perform quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Adhere to Entegris values, procedures, and policies.
• Participate in 6S/LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Support plant safety initiatives.
• Handle miscellaneous production tasks (cycle count, maintenance, housekeeping, inventory).
