Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of relevant manufacturing training.
• Completion of operations and safety training matrix.
• Certified in PITs operation where applicable.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Professional, team-player attitude toward work.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
• Follow Batch Tickets.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Cleaning of tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors, walls, ceilings and all other areas or equipment as assigned by the shift lead or supervisor(s) is a daily expectation of all chemical mixing operators.
