Job Summary

This position involves performing assembly and inspection operations, following written procedures to meet production and quality standards, and seeking cross-training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to safety, quality policies, and procedures.
  • Set up equipment according to instructions.
  • Understand tasks and their relation to team operations.
  • Assemble parts as per print, use manual and automatic machines.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for conformance, escalate issues.
  • Complete documentation per GDP standards.
  • Assist in packaging for shipping.
  • Participate in process improvements and team activities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Participate in cross-training and other functions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of related work experience or 2-4 years of light assembly experience, preferably in regulated industries like medical devices.
  • Ability to read, understand instructions, recognize workmanship defects, and demonstrate assembly competency.
Preferred Skills
  • Blueprint reading, use of microscopes and measuring devices.
  • Experience with medical device assembly, IPC soldering standards.
Additional Details

Proficient in assembly operations, work is closely supervised. Salary is $20/hour plus 15% shift differential. U.S. applicants: EOE/AA Disability/Veteran.
