Job summary

Garelick Farms, part of Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking a Blow Mold Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) at our Franklin, MA facility. The role requires ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality container production and adherence to GMPs.

A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is offered to external candidates; base rate is $21.00/hr with a $1.50/hr shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring lines, operating bagger/debagger, minor repairs, and training teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
• Operate bagger and debagger stations.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow mold equipment.
• Train others on blow mold operations.
• Document information per SOPs.
• Analyze process data to improve quality and throughput.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
