Job summary

Altium Packaging seeks a Machine Operator for 3rd shift in Tracy, CA. You will operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding equipment to produce bottles, while following GMP and safety protocols. The role includes basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily production reporting.

Candidates should have basic math and computer skills, plus blow mold experience or training. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Blow mold experience required or preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills to perform simple calculations.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance on line equipment.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety policies.
• Prepare and document daily production reports, line efficiency, rejects and regrinds.
• Assist with quality checks, bottle inspections and packaging as required.
• Escalate bottle abnormalities, defects, or quality issues promptly.
