Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a 3rd Shift Full Time Automation Operator I to support automated warehouse operations, case-picking, and machine supervision. You will monitor orders, assign teammates, provide feedback, and help ensure safety and efficiency in a noisy, temperature-controlled environment.

Proficiency with VPS Vertique Picking software and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge acquired through 1-3 years of work experience.
• Experience in an automated environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates VPS Vertique Picking and loading software within the automation environment with a high degree of competence.
• Maintain proper function of machines using problem-solving skills and data manipulation.
• Understands package dimensions, descriptions, and SKU numbers.
• Troubleshoot powered conveyors for simple malfunctions.
• Participate in regular housekeeping duties within machines and warehouse.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
