Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere and walk while lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Collaborate within a team environment.
• Coordinate warehouse processes and pick operations.
• Read and interpret computer screen instructions.
• Attention to detail in package identification.

Responsibilities

• Assists and facilitates in case picking and sorting within the automated environment using computers, software, and complex machines while adhering to safety procedures.
• Collaborates within a team to coordinate efficient warehouse processes.
• Adapts to different work areas and maintains knowledge of HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, Pallet Pick, and Flow Rack.
• Maintains housekeeping and cleanliness, prevents spills, and follows recycling protocols.
• Works safely to control inventory and minimize shrink.
• Performs miscellaneous activities to support warehouse operations.
