Job summary

Astemo in Tarboro, North Carolina seeks a Technical Associate (Assembly) for the 3rd shift. This entry-level role focuses on monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, and supporting the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor process performance, and address downtime and quality issues, working with basic tools and PLC/robotics knowledge on an industrial line.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot to perform simple machine repairs and recoveries to address downtime and quality issues
• Perform Preventive Maintenance as assigned
• Monitor process performance to ensure quality and efficiency targets are reached
• Additional duties as prescribed by the coordinators
