Job summary

You should have a HS diploma, at least 1 year of work history, and up to 3 months manufacturing experience. The role offers a wage of $20.85 per hour plus a $1 shift premium on 3rd shift, with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 3+ months of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.
• Perform assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and final products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment according to engineering blueprints.
• Operate, load, and unload various production machines including mounting machines, light machines, and specialized equipment.
• Execute electrical repair, salvage, and specialized wiring assembly to ensure product functionality and quality.
• Conduct final packing, finishing, and quality checks on products.
• Monitor equipment and finished products for quality control, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief/repair tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area, adhering to all safety protocols and production standards.
