The position offers $20.04–$29.74 per hour with a $2.40 night differential. A $1,000 signing bonus is provided, with potential career progression and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to learn and use pneumatic tools and impacts.
• Must read and understand engineering build prints and BOMs.
• Potential progression to Assembly II within 2 years of service.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pieces per specifications using various tools and equipment.
• Follow all work instructions, operations, and procedures.
• Support safety policies and maintain 5S housekeeping practices.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet monthly production goals.
• Notify supervisor of any irregularities or malfunctions.
