Job summary

Kaysun Corporation in Manitowoc, WI is seeking an on‑site assembler to support manufacturing operations. You will read and follow work instructions, inspect parts for defects, and assemble components as needed.

You will measure parts with calipers and micrometers, operate standard secondary equipment, and handle packing, labeling, and shipping preparation while maintaining safety and Lean practices. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Trim and finish parts using hand tools (X-Acto knife, clippers, pliers).
• Assemble components as needed.
• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Operate secondary equipment (mills, CNCs, drill presses).
• Package, label, and weigh finished goods.
• Assemble boxes for shipping.
• Monitor scrap and complete reports.
• Support other production/assembly areas as needed.
• Follow safety policies and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
