Job summary

Kaysun Corporation in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our on-site team. You will read and follow detailed work instructions, operate various assembly equipment, measure parts, and document quality issues to ensure accurate production.

This role requires good basic math, steady attention to safety and Lean practices, regular standing and lifting up to 60 lbs, and the ability to work on an active manufacturing floor with hearing protection when required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages).
• Basic computer skills (IQMS experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• On site regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions to assemble parts.
• Operate assembly equipment (mills, drums, punch presses, sonic welders, pad printers, hot stampers, etc.).
• Trim and finish parts using hand tools (X-Acto knives, clippers, pliers).
• Assemble components (with or without additional parts).
• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Document and report quality issues.
• Package, label, and weigh finished products.
• Assemble boxes for shipment.
• Monitor scrap and complete reports as needed.
• Support production needs and cross-train as required.
• Follow all safety policies and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
