Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join a nationwide remote team. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and use skip-tracing tools to recover delinquent accounts, all while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements include at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of third‑party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction–minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential customer conversations.
• Experience working in a high–volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip–tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities
