Job summary

PharMerica, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, seeks a 3rd Party Analyst to configure 3rd party insurance setups and monitor claims within our system. You will ensure accuracy of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and commercial payer information while collaborating with internal teams to meet billing objectives.

The role emphasizes billing configuration, expert payer knowledge, and project support across departments. Monday–Friday schedule with healthcare billing focus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration with PBMs, payers, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, NCPDP standards, and billing configurations.
• Experience with pharmacy billing, data analysis, and managed care settings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with 3rd party entities and vendors regarding claims.
• Configure billing parameters in proprietary software for payer transactions.
• Review 3rd party payer sheets for configuration details.
• Create templates for each payer and resolve claim denials and under-reimbursement.
• Collaborate with Compliance to obtain Medicaid provider IDs and other IDs.
• Serve as SME on cross-functional work groups and support reporting.
