The Opportunity

This role is built for a leader who likes to be where the action is. Someone who understands that strong operations are driven by people, communication, and steady decision‑making in real time.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day transportation operations, support Class A CDL drivers, and help ensure service, safety, and accountability run smoothly. You will partner closely with dispatch, fleet, and operations leadership to solve problems quickly, support your team, and keep operations moving forward.

If you are the kind of person who walks the floor, steps in when things get busy, and earns respect by being present and dependable, you will feel right at home here.
