As a Building Leadership Team member, you will support colleagues, participate in professional development, and help implement effective instructional practices across the building. This nine-month stipend position emphasizes collaboration and district-wide success.

Responsabilidades

• Share the vision of the district and responsibility for district success.
• Oversee collaborative process to develop standards, assessments, and conduct data reviews.
• Develop norms of collaboration and relational trust and strengthen capacity to analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate practice.
• Promote a learning community with shared collective responsibility for student learning.
• Model and support colleagues in implementing effective instructional practices.
• Lead conversations that analyze and use data to strengthen instruction.
• Facilitate data analysis to determine student and educator learning needs.
• Lead colleagues to agree on standards, common pacing, and shared assessments.
• Collaborate to extend knowledge of content and pedagogy.
• Facilitate interventions to ensure students get additional time and support when needed.
• Facilitate selecting and implementing evidence-based strategies to reach learning goals.
• Attend monthly PD and weekly collaborative meetings.
• Serve as a Building Leadership Team member.
