Responsibilities

• Deliver standards‑based instruction in core subject areas including literacy, math, science, and social studies.
• Create a supportive, positive, and inclusive classroom culture that promotes learning for all students.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including English learners and students with IEPs/504s.
• Utilize formative and summative assessment data to inform instruction and track student progress.
• Establish clear routines, expectations, and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly classroom.
