Job description

The 3rd Grade Class Teacher will guide a class of students through an engaging, developmentally appropriate Waldorf curriculum while creating a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom community.

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues and families and contribute to the wider life of the school through festivals, performances, field trips, faculty collaboration, and community activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous elementary teaching experience.
  • Waldorf teacher training or experience in a Waldorf school preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Commitment to inclusive, student-centered education.
  • Interest in continuing professional development in Waldorf education.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Approximately $41,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience and training.
