Job summary

Qualifications

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 3rd and 4th Grade Elementary Teacher to join our team. The Elementary Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for students. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to student development and a desire to foster a love for learning in young children.

Essential Duties

• Develop and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans based on curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Valid teaching certification/license in Michigan with an endorsement in the grade level.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and assessing educational activities.
