3rd-5th Social Studies Teacher- SST Sugar Land College Prep

Join to apply for the 3rd-5th Social Studies Teacher- SST Sugar Land College Prep role at School of Science and Technology.

This position reports to the Principal and is a full-time, exempt role within the district, requiring normal work hours over 193 days.

Responsibilities
  • Provide students with engaging learning activities in assigned subjects to support their intellectual, emotional, physical, and social development.
  • Create a conducive classroom environment tailored to students' maturity and interests.
  • Prepare and organize lessons, including accommodations for individual differences.
  • Maintain accurate records and assess student progress regularly.
  • Establish classroom rules and maintain order fairly and effectively.
