You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. We are seeking candidates for evening shifts, from 3 pm to 11 pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
• Maintain accurate records of all hotel guest account information
• Provide a warm welcome to guests, check them in and out, and ensure they receive the correct keys and room numbers
• Address and resolve customer complaints as needed
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about room bookings, rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred
• Experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Experience handling telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations

Compensation

$18 hourly
