Job summary

Mountainy is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our brand-new Goodyear, Arizona facility. The role operates on a four 10-hour shift schedule—Tuesday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM—and involves assisting with receiving, storing, picking and packing for online retail clients.

You will scan items into our inventory system, perform daily cycle counts, and help establish best-in-class fulfillment in day-one operations.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to cross-train in other departments.

We are hiring for multiple full-time positions.

Mountainy is expanding with a brand-new warehouse facility in Goodyear, Arizona—and we’re looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team! The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and handling merchandise. This team member will scan received products into our inventory system and perform the daily cycle of picking and packing products and orders.

Essential Duties

• Receive incoming shipments and unload packages from trucks.
• Load and unload packages in the warehouse without operating a forklift.
• Perform daily inventory‑control activities to maintain product quality before merchandise leaves the warehouse for delivery or installation.
• Inspect all incoming products for damage and defects.
• Perform quality‑control checks on outgoing orders and deliveries.
• Complete duties related to receiving, storing, processing, scanning, labeling, sorting, packing, loading, and unloading without forklift operation.
• Work in an environment that may be subject to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Perform heavy lifting and unload boxes and pallets.
• Complete general warehouse tasks, including cleaning and organizing.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to operate power tools and machinery related to warehouse tasks.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be flexible and willing to cross‑train in other departments.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be willing to submit a background check.

• Must be available to work Tuesday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
