Job summary

Mountainy LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse – Retail Ready/FBA Associate to join our growing 3PL fulfillment team. You will prepare customer inventory to meet Amazon FBA and Retail compliance standards while maintaining quality, accuracy, and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Willing to cross-train into other departments.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred; Amazon FBA experience is a plus.
• Basic computer and handheld scanner experience.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products according to Amazon FBA, retailer, and customer packaging requirements.
• Apply FNSKU labels, carton labels, warning labels, and other product identifiers.
• Assemble promotional kits, subscription boxes, and bundled products to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality, damage, defects, and accuracy before shipment.
• Repackage products into retail-ready packaging and verify quantities, SKUs, and lot numbers.
• Shrink wrap, poly bag, and bundle products; build, wrap, and label outbound pallets.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet established productivity/quality standards.
