Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor 3PL provider relationships with SLA adherence.
• Oversee order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and materials handling for timely delivery.

• Track inventory levels with WMS; perform demand planning and forecasting.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented 3PL Order Management and Supply Chain Specialist to lead the coordination and optimization of third-party logistics (3PL) operations. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of order fulfillment, inventory control, transportation planning, and warehouse distribution activities. Your expertise will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. Duties

• Manage and monitor 3PL provider relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and service level expectations.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes, including shipping & receiving, dispatching, and materials handling to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate transportation planning and freight management to streamline shipping costs and improve delivery accuracy.
• Conduct root cause analysis on inbound/outbound disruptions or inefficiencies, implementing process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Track inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques; perform demand planning and inventory forecasting to meet customer needs.
• Lead efforts in process improvement initiatives related to warehouse distribution, materials handling, and supply chain analytics.

Qualifications

• Korean bilingual ability is a must.
• Proven experience in supply chain management with a focus on 3PL operations, warehouse distribution, or logistics coordination.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory management tools.
• Excellent negotiation skills for vendor contracts, procurement negotiations, and freight rate discussions.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective process improvements within complex supply chains.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order processing, shipping & receiving documentation, and compliance procedures.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments including procurement, warehouse teams, suppliers, and third-party providers.
