Job Description

We are seeking driven 3PL Sales Representatives (1099 Independent Contractors) to expand our client base across the U.S. Your mission: Position LECANGS as the go-to fulfillment partner for mid-to-large e-commerce businesses specializing in bulky goods (e.g., furniture, fitness equipment, appliances).

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close deals with e-commerce brands, wholesalers, and DTC retailers, emphasizing LECANGS’ turnkey solutions (ocean freight to last-mile delivery) and cost-saving advantages over competitors like Amazon FBA.
  • Leverage platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and ShipStation to identify potential clients needing scalable warehousing, custom WMS integrations, or regional fulfillment hubs.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to address pain points (e.g., reverse logistics, seasonal demand spikes, cross-border compliance).
  • Collaborate with operations teams to deliver tailored proposals, including dynamic pricing models and SLA guarantees.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and maintain CRM pipelines with HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Attend industry events (e.g., eCommerce Logistics Summit) to build networks and showcase LECANGS' capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in 3PL/eCommerce logistics sales, preferably with exposure to platforms like Shopify, ShipStation, or ERP systems.
  • Proven success selling warehousing/fulfillment services to mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Strong grasp of logistics challenges (e.g., inventory turnover, carrier negotiations, multi-channel fulfillment).
  • Familiarity with WMS tools, logistics APIs, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to structure win-win deals (e.g., volume-based discounts, seasonal flexibility).
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and commission-driven.
  • Preferred: Existing relationships with furniture, home goods, or outdoor equipment sellers.
