Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring transportation scheduling, coordinating with 3PLs, freight forwarders, brokers and internal teams, handling customs paperwork, and maintaining export compliance. Strong English communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven logistics experience, preferably in 3PL food transportation/distribution.
• Familiar with Parcel, LTL, TL and International Shipping.
• Experience with Incoterms, National Freight Classification, Export Compliance and Customs Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the transportation scheduling process.
• Facilitate on-time deliveries of all shipments.
• Determine the most efficient routing including Value Added Services.
• Coordinate transfer of finished goods to 3PL sites.
• Coordinate with customers, 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, brokers and internal departments.
• Input shipment information into carrier or customer websites.
• Calculate shipment specifics (cube, pallets, weight, etc.).
• Reconcile transportation costs with Accounting and address carrier overcharges.
• Update On Time in Full reporting.
