Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our Romulus, Michigan location. This role supports third shift operations, overseeing inventory flow and ensuring safety and quality compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 0–5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation, with a degree preferred and strong communication and multitasking abilities. Competitive base salary and benefits are offered along with upward mobility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and material flow.
• Oversee quality and safety compliance per company policies.
• Interact with customers daily to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on production, quality, safety, staffing, and discrepancies.
• Act as liaison between the company and customers to maintain relationships.
• Perform other tasks delegated by the General Manager.
