Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced 3G Vessel Welder for direct hire. This role requires performing 3G open root MIG/Flux Core welds, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality pressure vessel welds in a production environment.

You will set up welding machines, inspect welds for defects, and follow safety policies. Minimum 2 years of welding experience and the ability to pass a weld test are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass open root 3G MIG/Flux Core weld test.
• Minimum 2 years welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders.
• Strong understanding of volts, amps, and welding machine adjustments.
• Basic safety training knowledge and commitment to safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan welding procedures and work steps for assigned jobs.
• Set up, operate, and adjust welding machines as needed.
• Perform 3G open root MIG/Flux Core welding with fill and cap passes.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, completeness, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot welding equipment and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain production output and meet job standards.
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments as needed.
