Job summary

L&T Technology Services in Charlotte is seeking an experienced professional to lead 3DEXPERIENCE platform customization, upgrades, and migrations. The role requires hands-on work with MQL, TCL, Java, JPO, APIs, and related tools, ensuring integrity across Dev to Production environments.

You will analyze upgrade impacts, validate customizations, perform integration tests, and provide L2/L3 support with RCA. Collaboration with business and technical teams is essential to drive successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT, or related field required.
• PLM/CAD/3DX certifications are a plus and preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3DEXPERIENCE platform customization, administration, upgrade and migration tasks.
• Perform upgrade impact analysis, validation, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Troubleshoot with L2/L3 support, root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver projects successfully.
• Manage deployments, schema migrations, and environment support across Dev/QA/UAT/Prod.

Job description

1. 1.Strong experience in 3DEXPERIENCE platform customization, administration, upgrade, and migration projects.


2. 2.Hands-on experience in MQL, TCL, Java, JPO Development, APIs, Business Objects, Relationships, Triggers, and Programs.


3. 3.Experience in schema migration, data validation, deployment, release management, and environment support across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.


4. 4.Ability to perform upgrade impact analysis, customization validation, integration validation, regression testing, and post-deployment stabilization activities.


5. 5.Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in L2/L3 application support, defect analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance issue resolution.


6. 6.Good understanding of PLM processes, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, and data governance.


7. 7.Experience in system integrations, Git/SVN, deployment processes, technical documentation, upgrade reports, and deployment procedures.


8. 8.Experience working with recent 3DEXPERIENCE releases, upgrade methodologies, and migration best practices.


9. 9.Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The expected salary range for this position is between $77,500 to $1,30,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
