Job summary

Tejjy Inc. seeks a skilled 3D Visualizer to produce photorealistic renders and walkthroughs of interior and exterior projects. You will use REVIT models with tools like 3ds Max, Lumion, and V-Ray to create visually compelling views that communicate designs to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include applying lighting and materials, brainstorming concepts, and ensuring visuals are accurate and impactful while staying up-to-date with industry software trends and avoiding copyright issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of rendering experience in the AEC industry using Revit and 3D visualization tools.
• Proficiency with V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Lumion, and Autodesk software (3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp).
• Experience creating informative animated videos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create state-of-the-art rendered 3D views and walkthroughs for interior, exterior, and landscape visuals.

Job description

• The 3D Visualizer will create state-of-the-class rendered 3D views and walkthroughs – Interior and Exterior to showcase Tejjy Inc.’s services using high-quality BIM & construction licensed software strictly with the use of original images.
  
• Follow inputs from the technical team and use REVIT Models to create 3D renderings in a suitable rendering tool like 3Ds Max, Lumion, or equivalent.
  
• Apply suitable lighting, material, and ambiance settings to the views as required and create visually pleasing views.
  
• Brainstorm new rendering concepts.
  
• Independently produce photo-realistic renderings and artistically detailed design drawings that effectively convey concepts and designs; Ensure all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.
  
• Assisting with planning decisions
  
• Create incredibly realistic exterior, interior, landscape visuals, and animation using V-ray or equivalent renderer.
  
• Keep an eye for detail to enhance visuals/walkthroughs with the use of industry-standard tools, applications, software, and plug-in.
  
• Stay updated with the latest software and technologies used in the visualization field.
  
• Improve the quality of visualizations and increase efficiency.
  
• Make sure that no copyright issues arise.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience on rendering, Revit Software & 3D Visualization in AEC industry.
  
• Sound knowledge of V- Ray/Corona Renderer/ Lumion/ Autodesk 3ds Max / Maya/ 3d SketchUp.
  
• Experience in creating informative animated videos.

• Office hours: 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM IST Monday to Friday
  
• Work Platform: MS Teams
  
• Mandatory keeping webcam ON during working hours
  
• Must have a working laptop/ PC with 45 Mbps internet broadband connection
