Job summary

Bishop-Wisecarver is seeking a 3D Product Visualization Specialist to transform CAD assets into compelling visuals that support Marketing, Sales, Engineering, training, and new product launches.

You will create high-quality renderings and animations from CAD files, produce product videos, and bring products to life by highlighting functionality and technical advantages. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and autonomous work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience creating 3D renderings from CAD/engineering files.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, materials and rendering.
• Experience producing video content from concept to final cut.
• Ability to translate technical product concepts into engaging visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple visualization projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D Product Visualizations from CAD/engineering files: renderings, animations, exploded views, and application visuals.
• Produce & edit product videos, demonstrations, animations, graphics, audio, and footage into polished content.
• Bring products to life by communicating functionality, movement, installation, applications, and advantages.
• Support Sales & Marketing with visuals for website, social media, presentations, campaigns, training, and tools.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure accuracy of designs and technical details in visuals.
• Own visualization projects from concept through final delivery and build a reusable visual library.

Position Summary

The 3D Product Visualization Specialist transforms BW's engineering and CAD assets into compelling visual content that helps customers understand our products and solutions. This role combines creative judgment, technical understanding, and visual storytelling to independently develop 3D visualization, animation, and video content supporting Marketing, Sales, Engineering, training, and new product launches.

What You'll Be Here to Accomplish

• Create 3D Product Visualizations - Conceptualize and create high-quality 3D renderings, animations, exploded views, and application visuals from CAD and engineering files.
• Produce & Edit Video Content - Independently develop and edit product videos, demonstrations, animations, graphics, audio, and existing footage into polished customer-facing and internal content.
• Bring Products to Life - Use creative judgment and technical understanding to determine how best to visually communicate product functionality, movement, installation, applications, and technical advantages.
• Support Sales & Marketing - Develop creative visual approaches for the website, social media, presentations, trade shows, campaigns, training, and sales tools.
• Partner with Engineering - Interpret technical information and work with Engineering to ensure creative content accurately communicates product designs, functionality, and technical details.
• Own Visual Projects - Manage visualization and video projects from concept through final production, making independent creative decisions around composition, lighting, animation, sequencing, presentation, and visual storytelling.
• Build a Reusable Visual Library - Develop and maintain organized 3D models, renderings, animations, video assets, templates, and other digital content for reuse across BW.

What You'll Bring

• Experience creating professional 3D product renderings and animations from CAD or engineering files.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, materials, lighting, rendering, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with video editing and post-production.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to develop original visual concepts and solutions.
• Ability to understand mechanical products and translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
• Ability to exercise independent creative judgment and determine the best visual approach for a project or audience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance technical accuracy with visual impact.
• Ability to work across Marketing and Engineering in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage projects from concept through finished deliverable.

Tools & Technology

Experience with a combination of:

• SolidWorks Visualize, KeyShot, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D visualization tools
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, VEGAS Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software
• CAD file formats and engineering design files
