Polymaker LLC in the Greater Houston Area is hiring a Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of warehouse or distribution experience, is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable operating pallets and light machinery. Forklift certification is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years of previous warehouse or distribution experience is needed.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn is essential.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use warehouse management systems and PDA scanners to accurately pick, verify, and prepare products for customer and internal orders.
• Pack, label, and stage products for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks while following proper safety procedures.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow company policies, OSHA requirements, and all warehouse safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned.
